Doesn't directly appear in the Christian Bible. Most famous religious connection was the Blessed Archangela Girlani (also known as Eleanor Girlani). A religious child, she planned to become a Benedictine nun. However, when she left for the convent her horse stubbornly refused to move. Taking thsi as a sign, she joined the Carmelites at Parma, Italy in 1478, taking the name Archangela. She eventually became Prioress at Parma and at Mantua.
